After that last post, we went to play tennis (I lost!), then I went full-out on my work and didn't stop for 3 hours, and finished everything so I could have today off. Phew

I hear you on the excercise for stress relief thing. After a day at this job - I head straight to the gym and I try not to leave until I stop seeing red.

Good for you for making it positive and starting some paintings - I think tonight I will follow your example... or at least think about starting it :)
