the slightly odd feeling in the arches of my feet has turned into a dull ache whenever i stand on them.  I'm worried.

I commend you even more now for running this marathon because tonight I attempted to run a measely mile and came back feeling like someone punched me directly in the sternum while simultaneously using a tiny scalpel to poke me in the lung.

I love being healthy.
