“You’d think it was Christmas,” Alice mumbled blurrily into the crook of her elbow, flung across her face as if to shield her from the day. Hatter groaned in agreement and flopped back into his pillow.

“Huzzah!” he could hear Charlie yell gleefully in the distance. “Rations!” -- Oh Charlie *Squishes*

And it sure didn't take long for the Flowers to show their vicious side.

Can I even *talk* about how much I love writing Charlie!? XD He's this wise old man with a dark past and the mentality of a 6-year old. Fantastic. <3

I'm glad you liked the Flowers! Originally they weren't going to speak, actually, and then they demanded dialogue out of me. -_-;; So I'm glad it paid off!

This might be my favorite chapter so far, REALLY well done with the character voices. I like the way you blend old story elements into the new world, too. It feels very on-par with the way the show did it ^_^
