Oh, thank you! ^_^;; Old advice my creative writing mentor gave me once: as authors, it's our job to torture our characters up until the last 10 pages. If they're happy, we're doing it wrong. XP Tough, but a lot of fun to write. I'm glad you're enjoying it! <3

At least Alice has been warned Jack's a bit loopy right now even for Wonderland. That is if Lory delivers her to Jack. And poor Charlie has to patch up Hatter again with the squeamish Duchess to help.
