Gabriel hadn't ever actually worked in a bar before. Hells, he'd never even worked before now. It took a bit to get your head around. Sure, he'd done a few odd shifts for Loki, but that was basically mulling around a book-shop reading whatever took his fancy and making sure some of the more over-active texts didn't wander off back into L-Space. This was real work, with actual pressure and customers sometimes several deep at the bar's busier times. Especially as Greed seemed to like making people offers they couldn't refuse. He was a cross-roads demon in another guise, Gabriel realised, but... well, just like with Crowley, he found he didn't care too much.

Greed wasn't anywhere to be seen at the moment though, and the bar wasn't yet open so... well, Gabriel couldn't help himself. There was suddenly a "sharing" (hah, sharing? Gabriel could polish off one of those babies by him self in half an hour) bag of M&Ms on top of the bar in front of him, and he helped himself to a handful as he looked over the various bottles on the prep shelf, humming softly.

He picks out two, and then reaches for a carton of orange, pouring everything into a shaker. It's just practise, of course, he's not misappropriating anything for his own personal use, simply... expanding his skills, i.e. spinning the closed cocktail shaker on a finger like a basket-ball, tossing it behind him and catching it. Gabriel's always been a show-off, and bar-tending might be a perfect outlet for that.
