[ It's all said with a smile on his face, of course. Desmond walks up to the pillow she's sitting on, squatting down beside her. He's careful not to step on any of the things sprawled out on the floor. He learned his lesson, you see. He stepped on a power cord for Baby once and Rebecca never let him forget it. His eyes go straight to the hidden blade she's working on and he smiles. ]
