He's been considering many things, recently, and he wonders just what impact anything they do here has on anything at home. Sif and Steve both claimed to have no memories of Aliunde when they went home

Well that's kind of a downer, Thor. What brought up this bout of existentialism? [He's kind of curious about the possible issues that might need to be addressed, but he'll settle for something a little less nosy.] ...Is Pepper okay?

I have been thinking on it for some time now. I felt ready to ask for others to speak about it with me. [He nods once at the question.] I needed to speak to her about something.

[ironfail]

Learn anything promising? [Don't leave him with just that, come on. Thor's more likely to spill the beans than Pepper is if he asks her.] ...Something?

[flipsalltables]

Nothing that can truly give me hope. Theories, considerations, nothing solid. [He frowns for a moment but his expression turns to slight amusement and he shakes his head.] A private matter.

[ironfail]

[Tony nods.] Nothing worse than inconclusive evidence. [Don't laugh, Thor, that's his girlfriend you're secretly dealing with.] You know I'll just nag her about it later.

Especially when it is a matter of whether or not my brother and I want to kill each other when we return home. [He shakes his head again, shrugging slightly.] I apologised for something. She accepted it, and that is all.

Yeah that's...pretty sucky. But hey, you made up here, right? You can always do it again. [Have some Stark optimism! Not actually that optimistic!] You apologized for something? From what I hear, we should all be apologizing to you.

[flipsalltables]

I... do not think we will be given much of a chance. [And Thor's usually so optimistic about things too!] I was short with her. She deserved an apology. Why would you need to apologise to me?

[ironfail]

Why not? [They need to get your optimism back, Thor!] Oh, you know, because I've been...pretty awful lately. [Putting it nicely.]
