[The video glimpses one of the new race tracks as it pans to the right. The stars in the background seem smudged, though the explanation for that comes quickly as Amelia pulls the camera away from a glass pane. She steps away from the garage's window as she turns the camera towards herself

[Truth be told, Greed's never seen a race track like this before. Race tracks were for horses and jockeys - for men of desperation and big men with big money. So he's curious, more so because he has absolutely no idea what the hell Amelia is sitting next to. Cars were a luxury and they ran with loud putts and bursts of smoke and steam from where he hailed from. This? He can't make it out.]

Never seen one of those before. [He tilts his head back.] But if you know to work one of those things - [He gestures to the car with an outstretched hand.] - I'll take you up on your offer.

[Amelia averts her eyes for two seconds, before looking towards him again.] There's a little cultural restaurant--Chinese, it says--near the corner of the barrier, close to the second apartment building. It's so friendly. We could go there? [By 'cultural', she means 'does not exist where I come from'.]

Chinese? [His first thought goes to Xing, but he'll keep that to himself.] Never had it! I'd love a try, if you're in for it. Got the time, right? [He's walking awfully close next to her, but he makes no moves. After all, he just put the poor girl through hell and high water on the race track. He'll keep his avarice in check, just this once.]

Mh-hm. I'll take the car back to the garage for you, since that's where the teleporter is anyway. Do you still have the keys? [She doesn't want the Head Doctor to get mad about leaving an expensive vehicle out there.]

Take it back? [She's just a rule follower, isn't she? Greed gives a brief roll of his eyes before finding the keys. Jangles them before tossing them her way.] Though, I don't see the point. Someone else's job to take care of it, right?

There's probably someone. [She fumbles the catch, then awkwardly bends down and picks them up again.] It's kind to make their job easier. [Amelia turns around and gets in the car, but doesn't start it as soon as the door closes. The inside is quiet and secure, at rest. Taken over by the opportunity to relax, she closes her eyes and leans back in the unadjusted seat.]

[And Greed's only patient for a little while. He taps his foot, watching her return the car. And then she's inside it and reclining. He's almost offended at her lack of caring - he had come out all this way for her, after all! But he shrugs it off, brings his hands to his hair. Swipes back his spikes and falls forward.]

[Then he's trotting to the car, heels out. Knocks gently on the window.] Oi, oi, oi. Not falling asleep on me, are you?

Hmm? [She opens her eyes. Suddenly realizing what she'd been doing, Amelia sits up, blushing.] I was. Sorry, Greed. [Amelia put the key in the ignition and starts the car, while fumbling for the seat adjuster so that her short legs will reach the pedals. At least she's mentally present again.]

I'm a little hurt, doll. [The homunculus puts on the faintest of frowns, curls up on his body. He leans into the car, staring her down.] C'mon, let's get going. All this hanging around is really starting to bore me.
