[ Sherlock brings out his communication device as soon as John is spotted. ]

Dr. Watson has been found at an oasis. It seems the riddles were really just that, nothing more than a game. The Doctor was with me, just as requested.

Is this really all there is to it?

I'm so glad you found him! Is everything all right?

Yes, he's fine. I'm getting him back to the city now.

[ Sherlock is surprisingly comforted speaking with someone he and John are closer to. It's been a while since they chatted last! ]

He's not hurt or anything? Do you need any help?

[He better be, Vanille's been fretting over not hearing from John lately.]

I think we can manage alright, thank you. John was a soldier once, he'll survive.

[ So has Sherlock. D; ]

A soldier? [Well, that's news to her.] Regardless, I'd feel better if I could see him. Could I visit sometime when you two get back?

[Poor baby. She'd totally give him hugs if she were there.]

Yes, in the war in Afghanistan. There is a war of sorts going on in our world, and he was stationed in a desert. It's no wonder he was completely safe when we found him.

I'm sure John would like to see you.

Oh, I see! [huh, John and she actually had something in common there, kind of.] Then I'm glad he knew what to do, though it must've been hard on him even with previous experience. He's only human.

:) Just let me know when you want me over! And tell me if there's anything I can do to help. I mean it!

[ A lot of people are saying 'human' around Sherlock, and it's making him uneasy. Which isn't easy to do. ]

Yes, it's a good thing. He seems dehydrated and sore, but that's only to be expected.

Thank you for the concern. I think the only thing he needs right now is food and some rest.

[That's what we're here for, making Sherlock uneasy. It's good for him.]

You take care of him, got it? Don't want anything bad to happen before you even get home.

[Ooh, idea!] I can bring him some soup! That's what people are supposed to eat when they're sick, chicken noodle soup, right? He's not really sick, but it's close enough. I'll bring extra for you too, since you must've been really worried without him.

Of course.

That is the expectation, yes, but soup will only make him more dehydrated. I believe he likes soup, though..

[ We may have broken Sherlock's brain along the way, as well. Making him think domestically? About taking care of people? I don't even know how he's coping, poor thing. ]

Oh, really? Okay, then you're in charge of fluids, and I'll bring the soup for later!

[We're training him to be the perfect mother ahaha.]

..Right. That's very kind of you, Ms. Vanille.

Don't sound so excited. ;) And it's just Vanille. None of this "Ms." stuff.

[He'll get it eventually, what with John and Vanille helping him along.]

Of course. Thank you, Vanille. The good doctor appreciates your concern.

No problem! And tell John I say to take care, all right?

[What do you think the soup ploy is for, huh.]
