Charles was still very unsure about the entire process. While he supposed magic could fix anything, he was very aware that it wouldn't make everything else surrounding the injury heal. The broken heart and psychological trauma were things he would be battling with until he could find a way to either forgive Erik - which he knew in time he could - or find a way to move past the fact that his world view had been wrong. Part of it was the fact that his ego took a hit. The world wasn't as happy as he thought it was. It wasn't as ready as he had hoped. He still believed that mutants and humans could live together. However, at the same time, he wasn't fond of the idea of having to battle for it.
With all the thoughts swarming in his head, Charles contacted Loki; asking where he could meet him to talk about a matter they had discussed before. He would be coming alone, in case the Asgardian was worried that he might be trying to sneak someone in. He wasn't aware of the status between Loki and the Avengers, considering most of the thoughts he had been dealing with were from Anthony and Pepper over their breakup. Their thoughts alone were enough to make him want to go to the nearest pub and drink until he couldn't hear them.
He sat back in his wheelchair and waited for a response on where he should meet Loki.
