Please help!

Anyone have an hobby suggestions for me? I'm bored all day and would like something easy and cheap to do for fun. I've tried cross-stitching and the string always gets tangled up for me and I'm not very good at drawing or coming up with original stories to write about. Please help me brainstorm!

Have you ever tried knitting? I don't know if you would have the same issue as you did with cross stitching, but I never have a problem with the yarn getting tangled. (And I do have that happen with cross-stitching

Oh, and I've tried crocheting and I was so bad at it. I'd need someone who was really good (and patient) to help me.
