Thanks for the heads-up... I don't know what happened when I originally uploaded, but it did get corrupted...

I just reuploaded it and made sure it didn't get corrupted this time. :)

That could definately have something to do with it, since I have no idea how that works.... I would really like it if someone else tested this in addition to you as well.... I guess everyone stopped reading this journal :)

I can't get AliveJournal to connect either. I am on Road Runner Cable Broadband, and LJ works in Winblows. Just not in Be. I've tried using both 1.5c (the build you just posted) and 1.6. But neither can connect, neither with BONE/7 nor net_server.

After providing user name and password and selecting logon, I see the little dial-up networking icon blink, as if some data is sent, then I get a connection time out. I am using a standard ppp dial up, through my modem. I have tried with Earthlink & Other ISPs without success.

Im using BeOS Pro 5, with just the standard net_server. Ive tried changing the timeout up to 60 seconds, and I still have the same problem.
Is there anyway to log its communication with the server? Id be happy to post a log if it would help.
