I LOVE fresh coconut! Unfortunately, here in Canada, it's either non-existent or it's super expensive...and it's not even that great. Growing up in the Philippines, even though I didn't live in the province, there's always access to one if I want to, but not here. I'm only a fan of the fresh ones. I love chocolates too, but I can't stand those coconut filled chocolate.

I always said that coconut shavings look like finger nail clippings. Part of the reason why I don't like them. lol
