I thought about getting a pair of driving shoes but I'm too lazy. I feel like I'd do what you did and forget wearing one old, one new. Driving really does beat up my heels even though I have an automatic. The only time I really change shoes is if it's cold/wet and I wear my rain/snow boots. Mostly because I don't want my heels to get murdered by the weather/slip and fall to my death. Haha.

Holy wow, you definitely work those shoes!!!

I don't like driving with shoes on, I tend to take them off %90 of the time.

lol No. That would be too much hassle for a simpleton like me. :p Honestly, I never even thought about it before. All I've kept in mind throughout the years is that I cannot drive barefoot, which is a non-issue.
