In regards to your question, "is it ok to be friends with someone you have had sex with," I myself have done it.. I suppose it all depends on the sort of sexual relationship you had with the person vs. the friendship. If you are better at being friends, and the sex meant nothing too deep, then sure -- it's possible. But if there was some sort of connection the two of you had that has changed, then it is perfectly acceptable to be awkward as merely friends. *shrug* I don't know if I really ever answered your question; I apologize.
