The Dixie Chicks are touring Australia at the moment. I've always enjoyed them, along with country music in general, but after listening to them in their interviews I think I might really, really like them. So I went and bought one of their live CD's this afternoon and it's awesome

I went and saw them the other morning outside the sunrise set. I never really listened to them until i went to canada and listened to them with carly. now one of their songs travels with me every day to work

I'm going to see them when I'm in Ottawa (in 16 days)! I'm so excited!

If you bought the Top of the World Tour DVD, I have that too... I LOVE LOVE LOVE the music video on that one.

And, I agree, I really like their views on the politics and moreso, just how they stand up for what they believe in... they don't let the public and political pressure push them around.

um, i love the dixie chicks. always have. you have to own all 4 cd's, or if you really want i can burn them and them to you. it is totally worth the effort because they are amazing, and totally classic. all my friends make fun of me for liking them, but i just cant stop :) go see them in concert if you can!! oh, and i cannot wait for you to enter my country :) seriously though, when are you coming to nyc??
