I read a couple of books by her, "My sister's keeper" I enjoyed that one and seems to be well liked by many. I also read "Vanishing Acts" by Piccoult as well, but I found that one a struggle to get through by the end.

fun fact about the devil wears prada movie, the theme song is called "suddenly i see" by KT Tunstall (get the song, or i'll email it to you!) and the girl who sings it graduated from kent in 2004... and she was nominated for an oscar for the song.... cool right?

oh man. running with scissors. my friend and i both bought it to read for christmas break so while we were both away we could call eachother about it and as much as i loved it, great book. it was so horrible. theres a movie out apparently so we wanna watch it ubt im a little nervous about it being as graphic as the novel.
but i just bought the semi-sequal, Dry, ill let you know how that one is. i heard its less sexual but the same weirdness of the first part so im excited.

iv never heard of that author you mentioned but i also read Light On Snow recently. its not as crazy as "RWS" but it was really cute i liked it. its a quick read.

I loved the book RWS. Freaking hilarious. I am going to rent the movie soon hopefully. I know what you mean about it being graphic though...maybe not something to sit down and enjoy with Joe's parents!!!!

I'm starting Light on Snow today. Did I say I wanted to read that or are you a mind-reader!?
