I don't think I have swine flu... at the moment it is my left shoulder that is sore... think I pulled a muscle or something in it sleeping one night and it still hurts.

Not a problem..I didn't check my email today before I left but I did get to have a hot chocolate and read my book in the square.

I think I am free most afternoon days next week.. am doing a couple of hours collection for the salvos next week I think but that is later in the afternoons.
