40 Hour Read-A-Thon this weekend

Starting tomorrow afternoon I am doing a challenge of a 40 Hour Read-A-Thon where I will read for 40 hours over the weekend. A girl from ITC was organising the 40 Hour Famine and since this year they are encouraging people to do something different I decided I would read for 40 hours ( Read more... )

Good luck with your Read-a-thon. What a nice idea. Much more fun than giving up food!
Do hope you are not trying so hard to get through a number of books that you don't really have time to enjoy them.

Thanks. Giving up food makes me quite cranky, lack of sleep makes me less cranky so decided to go with the option that makes me easier to deal with.. I also told Erik he would benefit from it as it would mean some of the books got read and then released out of the house.

I'm not.. I am not rushing books.. am focusing more on how long I am reading for rather than how many books read.

I have finished one book so far and about 50 pages off finishing the second one. Am taking a short break at the moment to check emails etc
