After being on Facebook for so long, this space is intimidatingly vast. I find myself unable to write, mostly unable to think in long strings of coherent thought. I put the Facebook on hold, mostly because I'm tired of family and friends and coworkers goading me about how much time I spend on there. They're right, of course. I find myself jonesing

Record what you want, when you want. I, for one, am really glad to see you here, and I'd love to know more about what you went through, even if you're not a swami on the other end of it.

There's a lot of pressure in almost dying. ;) You'd be surprised what sort of cultural expectations run through our heads around these kind of things. I know I was. I keep getting close to writing about it, but then I stop. I'll get there. :)

It is odd to switch back over to this venue from facebook. It's almost like a pressure to put something substantial, unlike the ephemeral, casual posts that most make on facebook. I certainly don't miss facebook at all or google plus. lol.

Glad to see you back, so few are here these days.
