Breakdown of the year

So i hardly ever cry--and i havent cried in like 4ever--i hate, even more, crying in front of people, especially at school. However, once a year i always have a break down. It drives me nuts but it never fails! 8th grade- broke down in joroes(sp) gym class. Cant remember 9th and 10th but i know they happened!!! They just obviously werent as
