parents are retarded, but they don't mean to be mean, you know they love you. they don't want you to hate them, they just want you to grow into a great person. and i don't know how you don't have many friends cause you're a good person and you seem chill. don't worry about sounding like a depressed asshole, meachum does enough of that.
