I can't see the photos; apparently Chrome users cannot see photos from some websites that we used to be able to see here on LJ.

*Sigh* I had to leave Photobucket since they want a fortune for third party hosting, and now, sometimes, I don't know why, Google refuses to share. But it should be better, now ?

How lovely! But how sad that the cemetery has fallen into ruin. It gives the place a definite melancholy air. I assume the inside is quite modern?

According to the pictures I found (here is the link), it seems quite modern, yes, but quite respectful of the original buildings.

So far it looks nice- definitely modern but not completely out of place (interiors aside!) This is worrying though: "... the Knights Barracks and Polverista will be converted into commercial outlets that include retail, food & beverage and entertainment."
