If you were not approved to join the community and want to know why, you can comment on this post. These are the most common reasons for rejection:

- You have no credit for your icons/graphics
- You never update your journal
- You've been caught stealing graphics
- You have nothing on your journal aka it looks like a troll
- You look suspicious

I could also say that you only have 10 entries and you've had your LJ for about a year, which is kinda weird.

there is no credit required for those.
just because i'm a member of a community, does not mean i steal icons and post them other places.

i don't regularly write here. i write on another diary site, and blog at myspace.

didn't know i need security clearance to join a group.

Sorry but having a journal for about 3 years and only have 4 posts is odd so is deleting them so you only have 1 page. Just seems suspicious to me sorry again.

i mostly go on to check blogs and i do update on my private livejournal about personal things. i just don't like to give a lot a details to people i don't know personally.

because your icons have no credit or anything saying you dont know where they came from.

I havent changed my icon info or lj info in general in a while, and all of that was before I knew what crediting was.

I didn't even know that I was supposed to credit to "I dont know who to credit to."

i tried joining today, as i'd like to share icons i work on, friends banners etc with other people. based on the standard of the lj layout i thought that the standard of icons in this community whould be quite high as well.

why was my request to join was declined?

because i didn't know who made the icons in your LJ and you have no credit for them so based on that, i declined you. however, now that i know you make your own graphics, i have no reason to do so. you can rejoin and i'll approve you. sorry for the confusion.
