[Kawatake Saburo can be found at lunch not at his usual haunts, but in one of the large department stores. It seems he's taken money from someone, no doubt through devious means, because he's buying new jeans and a couple extra hoodies (Since, alas, his current tends to have a bad habit of getting blood stained every odd week.)
He's only in a t-shirt due to the warm spring weather, so even if you don't know him, certain scars (The harsh ring around his neck, the obvious needlemarks, various other light scars on his arms) might attract attention if the albinoism doesn't.
In the afternoon, he can be found sitting on the wall overlooking a crosswalk in said new clothing, sucking on a lollipop as he people watches. Try to refrain from letting your mind wander into the sewer, even if he looks like he rather enjoys it.]
