Tomorrow is going to be interesting. Not only is it Calum's birthday party (in the form of a Bronson House basement show - with Video Hippos, all the way from Baltimore!), it's also the Acorn's in-store at the record shop. Their album comes out on Tuesday and they've been getting a ton of press about it. I have no idea what sort of turnout we're

We're having a noise show in the basement of the record store tomorrow night. I'm pretty excited - 5 Arlington has a long history in the Ottawa music scene, and it's kind of cool to see it being restored to its glory as an underground all-ages venue a decade after it ceased to be a show house. Ottawa friends, you should come! Doors at 7pm, pay-what
