It's never easy learning the way things really are. I mean, there are so many dreadful things going on in the back office that so few will ever be a part of. For me, well my eyes are being opened more and more as each successful or unsuccessful night passes. As I get deeper and deeper in my commitment, I'm learning what a struggle everything
