Man this looks delicious. I wish I could afford lamb. Will this recipe work the same with pork chops?

I think it would work obviously the flavor would be a little different, but I don't think it would be bad.

Do you think the cooking times would be the same? I've never cooked with lamb before so I don't know if it cooks slower or not

That's a good question, but being as how it's a stew, you mostly just cook it until it gets super tender, so I think if you just base it on that, you should be fine. Let me know how it turns out.
