Simple and repeatable

Something that I have thought about before and heard said many times but never have seen it or felt it in action...the saying "Actions speak louder than words". How often do we hear sayings and know what hey mean but it doesn't hit home because it has no application? I get it now. I can SAY I love you or I like you or you are my friend or I care

That ENTIRELY makes sense to me. I think that way a lot. I know what I mean/feel on the inside, but sometimes I just don't show it enough. And the same goes vice-versa for most people I know. Sometimes it's just so hard to truly show people what's in the inside. Sometimes I'm just lazy and don't try hard enough. :( It's something I know that I have to work on. Actions are more important than words.
