hi lauren this is carly. hey um xc officail prcatice starts august 23 and practice is at 6:30 in the morning and clearance is at 8 in the morning. they said that they will give us all the paper work next week, but I think you may be able to get it online at coach castner's webpage at the ophs website. hope you have fun in idaho. how come you got braces?
