I've recently become interested in Podcasts and other blogs and the like. I know these have been around for a while, so I'm not sure where my recent fascination comes from.

OK, I know word is out about the new iPod. (I'm a little slow today). I'd actually heard rumors a week or so about that there was going to be a new video-capable iPod in the near future. I guess the future is now.

My new office crush David was in a biking accident over the weekend. He was on some off-road course near Baltimore, testing out his new mountain bike. The front tire got jammed/stuck on something, and David went over the handlebars... putting out his arms to break his falll, he broke a bunch of small bones in both his wrists.
