Did you get him when he was young enough to learn how to talk?
In Brazil, it's actually illegal to own parrots. But I've heard that they make good pets, in that they really do bond with their Humans.

he's not mine...he's at gatorland, an attraction in orlando, florida. i heard him talking and he was really cute! thanks for the comment.
