Name: Dietrich Von Lohengrin
Age:
canon start: 20

Physical Description
It would be hard to say that Dietrich's looks are anything less than average. Broken down they're 'seemingly' plain from "tea" colored eyes and hair the color between caramel and hazelnut. However it's far from just that. It's said he's got the 'face of an angel' and that isn't far from the truth. His hazelnut hair frames soft features, hitting the middle of his neck - and his eye's of amber paint the picture of an 'angel' that has made even men stop to admire.
However he's also the face of something pure satanic when his hair hides his features; showing only a chesire grin of a mouth and look too closely and his eyes are anything but heaven's allure.
Dietrich isn't too tall, possibly on the shorter scale as far as men go, but still taller than most girls. His body type is 'fragile' at first glance, again probably looking more doll like than Terran (or 'human') You could say his body is on the thinner side of athletic.

Point in Canon:
Dietrich will be picked up not long after Chapter 34, after he's "new toy" Radu is 'destroyed' and he's had his little fun playing with the lives of Esther and Ion; even though he's quickly scolded by Isaak and Cain quickly enough for not being careful with the whole process, and appears to be temporarily knocked out by Cain
Personality:
Dietrich's personality is probably the exact opposite of what it truly is when you first meet him. He'll come off sweet enough, the sort of helpful soul that just wants to make things a little better, and will always seem to take an interest in you. This however, is just another fine act.
All for his own benefit, Dietrich's true personality is both complex and a bit immature all in own 'surprise' package. He see's the world only as his to play with, as his own personal playground for entertainment for his constant boredom. He'll use others as he sees fit; no matter who or what they might be.
While having nothing but underlining evil intent and holding people with false security; he does it all immaturely so. Dietrich sees manipulating others as just a game - one to give himself a good laugh until he becomes bored yet again. A skilled manipulator of people and events, he also has the ability to physically control the body of anyone, human or vampire, living or dead.
It should also be noted that Dietrich doesn't really have any genuine emotional feelings when it comes to others; often throwing around the world 'love' without possibly even understanding the actual meaning of what it's like to 'love' anything. Dietrich will often state his love for Esther, while it's more of a obsession than it is love, taunting and teasing her - and stating he loves her for her foolish ways and yet how brave she is, unrelenting. There isn't any doubt that Dietrich doesn't love these people like Esther, however his love only seems to be that of childish nature, with no real knowledge on how to care for or treat an object of 'love' past a tortured obsession.
Dietrich (in official art, and some pages in the Manga,)is often at times seen carrying around marionette dolls in his arms. Either disfigured or just the 'naked' doll itself, Dietrich seems to have his own personal collection.
[X] [X] [X] [X] Outside of Dietrich's little hobby of playing with the minds of other's, not a whole lot is really shown as for what he really likes. Whether it can be considered a habit or quirk, Dietrich likes to control people not just mind-wise, but quite literally. Using a lost technology, Dietrich is able to control people at will like puppets, forcing them in his control to what what he pleases without them having so much of a chance to really over come it.
The same goes for Dietrich's dislikes. There isn't quite enough of those that are 'given out' but it seems he is very disliking of the smell of smoke - often complaining about it from both Radu and Isaak. Boredom, goes without saying. Then again; it's hard to hold Dietrich's interest for long, so his constant boredom could be considered both a dislike, and just part of how he is structured.
History of:
Dietrich was born to the family of the Duke of Germanicus in the year 3042. Ever since he was very young, his nature was evil intent and quite smart, unusually so. It was because of these two things that he was avoided and feared by the occupants of his village; as well as the reason why his own father tried to kill him.
However; he obviously failed - and instead, Dietrich was the one who killed him. Not only did Dietrich murder his father, but he slaughtered the rest of his family as well. After doing so, Dietrich continued to live in his home - torturing and playing with the villagers at will all before he met Cain and Isaak one day; at the age of seven.
It was then at this age, that Dietrich joined the Rosenkreuz Orden, and by the age of ten he was already in a high ranking position. It is said that Dietrich was taught under the study of Isaak which basically can be noted as the day all shit hit the fan
Dietrich is the only Terran in the Orden that is known of, and takes his involvement in Der Orden quite seriously. His current rank is 8=3 Magister; Order of the Magi. This makes Dietrich the third ranked and one of the most dangerous. His codename is Marionettenspieler; affectionately so. It means Puppet Master.
Studying under Isaak, it's believed that it's this way that he was was able to learn the art of making what Dietrich calls, Death Hunters. These Death Hunters are the Orden's soldiers; which Dietrich makes from the corpses of dead Vampires. I think thats about it for history, there isn't much revealed :{
Magical Powers/Skills:
Marionette: Using Lost Technology, Dietrich is able to attach and transplant string like fibers to a subjects skin which fuses to the nervous system. This allows him to take control of the victim's every move.
As stated before; he can also perform this on living beings - however it isn't quite known if he fuses strings to them as well; since it would be a bit hard to do that to anyone he wanted now just hold still while I--..... So hence magic, is the route we'll use here.
Weapons:
Those thin marionette strings. Dietrich is shown using these to harm his enemies, as well as a gun earlier in the manga; but more so the strings and wire.
I suppose his victims can also be noted as weapons if you will, considering he can use them to kill and do pretty much whatever he'd like.
