Well 3 months ago, a doctor finally figured out what was wrong with me and part of the problem was my insulin level was through the roof, like I should have been in a coma most days but since I was eating all the time it sorta hide the problem.
I'm fighting my weight more than ever lately, at my last endocrinologist appt, my doctor informed me I was back at the weight I was BEFORE I was diagnosed with PCOS and started metformin.. But I'm glad to know you were able to fight against it :) Shows me it's not impossible!
the sad thing is im HORRIBLE at remembering to take the damn pills. Im suppossed to be taking 1000 mg twice a day. Yeah im lucky if I remember to take it once a day lol.
Glad you are back down to what you were too. Ive lost just a little more then what ive gain since living in florida and now im at my ideal weight the doctors say but I still would love to lose another 20 lbs. I really just need to tone up, but Im so lazy, I do enough running around at the hospital!
You look amazing Ally. You must have so much more energy. 30 lbs is awesome. Glad your system is regulating and life is getting back to a normal level of craziness.
