Randomness

I haven't really been writing much here lately. I guess it just takes too much time out of my day to sit and write, when I have other things that need to be done. Let me see if I can catch up on the past few weeks......

Marbury (football) is improving. They beat Billingsley (I'm so proud to be able to say that) and they also beat Lafayette last week. As for the cheerleaders...they are looking somewhat better. Still a lot of practicing on the field (learn the damn cheers girls!) and not a lot of actual cheering. I could probably count on both hands how many they do in one game. Their stunts are looking a bit better, but they need more variety. But hey..what can I do?

We went to a Tallassee JV game one Monday not long ago. My nephew, Christopher, was playing. It was cool to go watch another team play, and another set of cheerleaders. I gotta say,....that squad was good! Very impressive. They are going to be awesome by the time they hit varsity.

Speaking of cheerleading...I'm going to watch the cheerleading competition Sunday morning at the fair. Can't wait. It's a good way to start out a day :)

We are going to the Seafood Festival in Panama City Friday afternoon and coming back Saturday night. Should be fun. I'll report back later on that.

The countdown to Gatlinburg is getting closer and closer and that makes me happier and happier!!! We haven't been since February and I'm so ready to get back!!

Another thing that makes me happy...cooler weather. Granted it IS still in the 80s during the day. At least it's not the 90s. And at night? Lovin it! 50s mostly...some low 60s. I'm ready for that to be the daytime temps though. I love me some cold weather.

Oh! I'm not sure if I've ever said much of anything about it here, but for the longest time I've been wanting an aluminum christmas tree with a color wheel. Those suckers aren't cheap! (I'm talking ebay). Well I finally got one! I'm so happy. Now all I need is a color wheel. Those things aren't cheap either. It's gonna look so pretty though! If you know where I live, and you're in the area right after Thanksgiving, then come see it! It'll be in one of my front windows.

Anyways, I guess that's about it for now. Just some random babbling on my part.

I leave you with...."Fun Times At The Flea Market".

(Not quite sure why this one won't resize to the size of the others. Oh well!)
