Just a tiny update with some minor ranting included. Enjoy! :D

New books/movies:
Movies:
4. Night at the Museum - Ben Stiller as a night guard at the museum where things come to life. Wasn't too bad. Had a few laughs.
5. The Hitcher (remake) - Sean Bean was a very convincing bad guy. And a very hot one at that. :D There were a few parts that ( Read more... )

The Hitcher... want to ask you a question about it, but I don't want to spoil it for other people... *hmmm...*

Brother Odd... did you read "Forever Odd"? That was the second one. Brother Odd is the third. I SO lived Odd Thomas. So sad how it ended. I think I cried. I just love Odd. He's great.

A Kiss of Shadows/tentacle sex - LOL!!!

Burnt Offerings... that's when the series is still good and hasn't turned into mostly porn yet. :)

TDF & BSG - I liked both, too.
Dresden... Would have really liked it if they did it like the books... not necesarily the books stories themselves, but the little things (like his duster, beetle, Mister, etc)... and why change Murphy's first name? Grrr.
I guess when the next Dresden book comes out, that'll make me happier. :D

SG1 - last season and will go byebye. I haven't followed the show, but I heard the cry of all the geeks around the world... NOOOO!!!

About the Hitcher question - you can always screen the comment :D

Yep, I've read all 3 Odd Thomas books. I like Odd as well.

As for Dresden, I still haven't read any of the books. I do hate when they change random things that would have been no problem at all to keep.

Hmmm... thanks for answering my question. C. Thomas Howell was the orignal Hitcher? Strange. Sean Bean's so much better. :)

As far as the Dresden books, perhaps try a used bookstore. I've seen used books exchange sites online somewhere. I dunno... just trying to help. I just think Jim Butcher rocks and everyone should read his stuff. :D

Oh, wait. I was confused. I thought you meant the lead guy, not the hitcher. The original Hitcher was Rutger Hauer (love him!). I don't know how he died in the first one.

I definitely have Jim Butcher on my list of authors to read.. I just have to hunt the books down! :D
