WooHoo with 20 Sims is actually pretty easy if you send her to college. Just always encourage dormies to do assignments/term papers, never go to class, and make sure to WooHoo your professors for better grades. I got one of my Sims up to 15 before she graduated and it was a ton of fun!

I'll have to try that! I've only had one Sim woohoo with a professor. It amused me to no end that it counted as a woohoo with a service sim. XD
