Recently, I posted on Face book that I think it's stupid and rude to boycott a Muslim stamp for US mail. In case you were wondering, here's why: I received a forward from a co-worker who often sends me AMERICA IS AWESOME AND SO ARE WHITE PEOPLE forwards. Journals are all about soap-boxing and I think you should do more of it. If you want to keep to your stance, make it a private entry or place it under a cut like this one.

Nice response, by the way. I'll bet I can already see the type of response you might get from them. It makes me want to show everyone those videos on youtube when...wait. I'll go find them now!

I'm glad you wrote this-I don't have much more to add than that, though. Just hearty agreement, and sadness at the fact that there are people who would consider an email like this worth passing on. Sigh. But go you, writing that awesome response :D
