long time no talk.
they have something in the drug store called cold fx.. or something like that which is supposed to make your cold go away three times faster. i heard about it a long time ago but never found it anywhere until a few days ago. you can also take it to prevent colds. i plan on trying it this fall.
congrats on good news from the doctor, and i'm glad you and paul are doing well. oh, and extreme "diets" are stupid, so don't go there. you'll just make yourself miserable. hah. mk thats it, talk to you later : )

ive tried cold fx, don cherry was the one who did all the commericals for it during last hockey season. i am not such a fan. i would rather just sit in my own mucous and then spit it at you.

Alley, I have a new theme song, it's called "There's a Fine, Fine Line" and it's from Avenue Q. It's awesome.

I read somewhere that the cure for colds here in North America is Sprite, Nyquil and Chicken Soup. Just those three.

I agree with Lindsay that extreme diets are bad ideas. EXTREME bad ideas.

Avenue Q is one of the best musicals ever. Or atleast the soundtrack is, as I have not seen the actual play.
