Monica was waitlisted for Ann Arbor.
By the time she finds out if she really got in, it'll be too late to go to another school.
So she'll probably end up somewhere else. She's bummed, for real.
And I can't say that I blame her.

Tomorrow I'm working from 11am-midnight. That should be a blast.
Yay money. Boo no free time.

The Clone family must really be "Tifted" at you! Not so much that the house was empty when you came home but that they cut you out of a food related get together! That was a most cruel shot knowing how you roll! LOL ( ... )

I just got to thinking (yeah......I know.....that is a first), why wouldn't Monica just go to U of M Flint until she was allowed into AA? That would seem to be the logical choice as 1) it is under the Wolverine High umbrella and 2) it is right in your backyard. I'd have to figure that would be her most logical option. I gotta figure that credit transfers would be a snap too.

As much sense as that seems to make, hardly any credits transfer between UMAA and UMF. For real.

She'd be better off going to Mott. More of Mott's credits transfer than do UMF.

I see nothing wrong with State or Kettering. When I asked her why she quit thinking about State this weekend, she told me it was because she'd lost their stuff. I told her there was probably a way around that.

So we'll see. I think her makeup emotionally is more MSU...but I feel like she wanted to go to AA in order to prove that she was good enough, too or something like that.

You know that U of M Flint solution seemed so perfect and so sensible that I had a feeling there was a big monkey wrench in there someplace. Difficulty in transfering credits was not something I would have suspected though. I gotta admit that does surprise me!

Monica lost her State stuff? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! She may suffer from "Michigan Myopia" worse than any of "The Wills" and I know that affliction is genetic to your family.
