Father's daughter
Every time I come home I realize, little by little, that I am more like my father than I had ever intended. He has a lot of good traits that I hope I too can possess, but he also has some major flaws. Decisions, Decisions...
Last night I had a crispy chicken wrap at Sonic and part of Natalie's bacon/burger thing. It was glorious.
I think I figured out why I had been craving meat. I have been really fatigued and lethargic lately and after eating meat I suddenly had all this energy. I think I was/am anemic and my appetite was trying to fix that. I don't really watch how ( Read more... ) -
Moments of weakness
I became a vegetarian for a lot of reasons, the biggest one being how the animals are treated before slaughter. Factory farms sicken me and I hate feeling as though I'm helping to support torture against animals. I like to think that all the times I didn't buy meat did some good over the years.

Preparing for hibernation? Again?
I am hungry all the time. All. The. Time. I've always thought of myself as having a slow-ish metabolism but, now that I think of it, if it was slow I'd be obese by now. I'd like to not be hungry all the time. I want to lose weight but I never feel like I have the time or energy to work out consistently. Does working out once a week do anything?

Work tomorrow starts at 2:30. Work the day after tomorrow stops at 2:30. That means that, other than the 8-7 hours for traveling and sleep, I will spend 24 hours at work. BLEH
