People who talk on the phone in the library should be annihilated more so if the conversation last longer than two minutes.

Whenever my phone rings in the library (it has three times before in my life) I answer it in a whisper, leave my work and take the call outside.

Yes, that is the polite thing to do however someone has been on their phone for well over an hour and i'm debating on throwing my highlighters in their direction :) (okay maybe not).
