That was one of the best NCIS episodes I've seen in a long time.  They connected it with established past facts of Tony's past, had Tony and Gibbs bonding moments, and McGee wasn't an ass when Tony's father showed up.

I'm gonna have to watch it again.  I was worried I wouldn't like it, but I loved it.  :-)

at first, when I heard it would be him playing Tony's dad, I couldn't see it, but I ended up liking him.
