 Waking up to a leg cramp- sucks.

Waking up to a leg cramp in your other leg two hours later- sucks even more.

I have bruises on my calf. :(

dinner: steak, zuchhini and squash. 1 serving sugar free strawberry kiwi jello (ugggggh no jello)
a liter of sparkling water.
i also had a sm.ice coffee with skim and splenda.

Day THREE is OVER..well an hour and 20 minutes left.
