It seems like livejournal has died tremendously, so I'm just going to use this journal as a way to log my workouts for the time being. Today I did a tara stiles flexibility and strength video and a pop pilates leg workout. I'm considering doing a ballet stretching video. Today has been a leg and stretching day.
