*It is afternoon, somewhere in the wilds outside of Werites Beacon. Senel sits beside a small campfire, poking it with a stick and munching on the bread he attempted to bake over the flames for their lunch. It didn't turn out so well without an oven, but at least it's edible ( Read more... )

... *Washes down some of the homemade bread with a drink. It's a bit tough but this bread is much better and softer than the military ration breads he had to eat while traveling.*

Yeah... we eat a lot of bread here because it's easy to import wheat to the Legacy. Eventually I'm sure things will change, but for now most of the people here are adventurers, not farmers.

I'm sure the people from my world already know that I have an interest in Marian but I don't want them to start asking me about it.

Also, Anise developed a heavy crush on me and she would be devastated if she knew I loved someone else.
