Tonight I littered my house with yellow post-its...I wrote reminders...thoughts...messages to myself and stuck them on doors, mirrors...computers...TV's...pianos...anywhere my eyes may drift during the course of the day...it looks a little ridiculous at the moment but it was the only thing I could think of that may work to keep me on track.
