i lost my retainer! thats definitely a goner, it fell out of my purse sometime between home and here.

maybe this isnt that bad, it has been 3 years....maybe my teeth wont shift now....

You're totally still on my friends page (Not that that's a bad thing, I just haven't talked to you in forever.)
But hey, I stopped wearing my retainer less than a year after and my teeth barely shifted. The top is still perfect. So I'm guessing since it's been three years, you should be fine. Way to be responsible, though.

It all depends. Like when I got my wisdom teeth out, I couldn't wear it til they healed. And once I put it on, my teeth had def. shifted =/

I havent worn my retainer since I came to college. It's probably reallllly gross right now. But I should start. But it's awfully gross having to walk down to the bathroom just to put it in (rinse it off, etc, etc). Meanwhile, one of my front teeth decided to make itself a teeny little pointy chip. Ordinarily it wouldn't be that bad an issue, but my tongue found it and won't stop playing with it...
