I didnt believe it but,
Beginning in 2007, most of the United States begins Daylight Saving Time at 2:00 a.m. on the second Sunday in March and reverts to standard time on the first Sunday in November. In the U.S., each time zone switches at a different time.
So, March 11th is the new Daylight Savings, instead of the traditional April time.

Congress changed this last year. I remember one of my classmates being totally psyched about this, and how it will help farmers and the environment. hehehehehe

I was just wondering how you feel about the general atmosphere at Davis and if you feel you have an opportunity to meet people? Do you feel the school’s too small? And of course, how is the social life? limited as time for it may be, lol
Thanks again :)

Most law students dont venture out to the undergrad campus to make friends, but we have professional mixers with the med school/vet school/grad students. There are a lot of opportunities for 1Ls to get involved with journals and other student orgs - so its pretty easy to connect with people that way. Honestly - I know about 80% of my incoming class - as where with places like UC Hastings, they hardly know each other with a class of 400.
I like the small school, small town feel. I would have hated going to school in LA or SF or something - so it works for me.
Let me know if you have any other questions - I love Davis, but I dont know much about Loyola. (even as I study for dreaded finals, i still like it :)
