And I'm sure there will be a school out there that would be more than happy to have such a bright student such as you. ^^

You are not a fat, stupid loser! Don't listen to what your mother says. Any woman who would make her own daughter feel so terrible does not deserve to be listened to. You should apply to Bryn Mawr anyway. I know that a lot of people like you for who you are, including me. *hug*

I'll definitely hang out with you sometime, now that MapQuest has told me you're only about an hour away. (I thought West Virginia was somewhere east of Pennsylvania...don't laugh at me!)

If you're in Pittsburgh, than yeah, hanging out should not be difficult at all! And it's ok-- a classmate of mine only recently realized that Chicago was not one of the 50 states.

Apply to Bryn Mawr anyway! Your mother is clearly not worth listening to on this point. It's your life, after all.

I need to get together with you...but, SUCKILY, my dance class spring break does not coincide with my school spring break. So convincing my dad to drive me to WV while I'm out of school and dance class isn't going to work. Stupid non-coinciding vacations. ;_; I might just skip one or two dance classes...but I'm already missing a LOT this year...I don't know. We'll work something out.

Good luck with everything! Don't feel like a loser. And don't you dare listen to your mom's crap about your weight or whatever...that gets a really big eyeroll and a glare to boot
